Data Deletion Instructions

Disconnect Meta

Open Dashboard → Settings → Meta and click Disconnect. Your Meta access token is deleted from our database immediately. Campaigns, ad sets and ads we created in your ad account stay there (they are yours) and can be deleted in Meta Ads Manager.

Delete your whole account

Email aidan@appstatic.io from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my account”. Within 7 days we delete your sign-in identity, brand profile, generated ads, stored images and any Meta token. Billing records are retained by Stripe as required by law.

Removing the app from Facebook

You can also remove appstatic from Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites. When Meta notifies us of the removal we delete the associated token automatically.
